RETURN POLICY

We have a 14-day return & exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after your order is delivered to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please carefully review the exclusions below to determine if your order or item is eligible for a refund to your original form of payment. Note that there is a $19.99 restocking fee for U.S. orders that are returned. U.S. Exchanges are free and must be processed within 14 days. There is a $24.99 processing fee for International Returns and Exchanges.

EXCLUSIONS

    •    All Sale/Discounted Items are final sale, and can only be exchanged or returned for store credit

    •    Packages delivered not received, lost, stolen, or damaged in transit can not be replaced or refunded unless Order Protection is purchased, and a claim has been submitted and approved by Order Protection.

    •    We do not exchange for items out of stock

    •    Once items are exchanged, they cannot be returned/exchanged.

    •    We do not offer returns on sale/discounted items, gift cases/boxes or gift cards

    •    We do not offer returns on items that have been damaged by improper usage. Our lifetime warranty is voided under any user damage issues (scratches and accidental breakage).

    •    Order Protection is non-refundable.
